Quick tips

Have all your documents and information ready before you start the intake form. There are a few steps involved in this process. 

  1.  Start the intake form.

  2. Submit intake form by clicking the "Submit/Schedule app" button.

  3. You will then be directed to schedule an appointment. 

  4. After you have booked, you will be sent an SMS(text) and email to download app link. It is best to use the SMS link.

  5. App process must start and stop on the same device. (makes things easier on our side).

  6. Once finished in the app, notify your tax agent or representative. 

  7. If you do not have time for an appointment, we can simply handle your documents at a set date and time and notify you for your review and signature(s).

  8. if you are self employed, have 1099 income, or a business owner, download our expense worksheet to add in your expenses. Once complete, upload through the app with the rest of your documents.
